I’ve been to Seattle twice this year, once in spring and again for most of September. I don’t know if it was where I was staying, or the weather of Pacific Northwest, but I was really captivated by the plants. I took most of these in a four block radius in Phinney Ridge, usually out walking the tiny dog below. A few of these were taken back in the spring with a 50mm 1.4, but most of them were an experiment with an older 105mm 2.8. This is the first time I’ve had a macro lens and damn, its cool. But when you shake its obvious, so any blur I blame on said tiny dog pulling on his leash.
